Donor Services Manager

This position is a crucial part of Hands of Hope Tucson’s Development Team

Christian ministry Hands of Hope Tucson is seeking a Donor Services Manager to join its Development Team and serve full-time at the administrative offices in Tucson, Arizona. Hours are 35 a week, Monday through Friday.

Candidates should have a high school or GED diploma, and 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising. Development training is a plus. A college degree in a related area is preferred. Non-profit or ministry experience is also preferred. Data base experience is preferred.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Candidates should also demonstrate an ability to do analysis of data and compile tracking reports with strong accuracy and math skills. A passion for Jesus Christ and compassion for people facing an unplanned pregnancy are a must.

Primary job duty areas include donor acquisition, donor retention, direct mail and marketing, and compliance. The position works in conjunction with the Executive Director and other members of the Development Team.

Events Coordinator

This position is a crucial part of Hands of Hope Tucson’s Development Team

Christian ministry Hands of Hope Tucson is seeking an Events Coordinator to join its Development Team and serve part-time at the Administrative Offices in Tucson, Arizona. Hours are 20- 24 a week, Monday through Thursday, and may include occasional evenings and weekends.

Candidates should have a high school or GED diploma, and 2 to 5 years of experience in supervising events and volunteers. Non-profit or ministry experience is preferred.

Candidates should have excellent planning and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events. They should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for Jesus Christ and compassion for people facing an unplanned pregnancy are a must.

Primary job duty areas include the annual Gala and Walk events, and baby bottle campaigns at local churches under the direction of the Executive Director.

Client Care Coordinator

Christian ministry Hands of Hope Tucson is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our staff team and serve full-time at our Central Pregnancy Center in Tucson, Arizona. Hours are 40 a week, Monday through Friday, and may include some evenings.

Candidates should have a high school or GED diploma with college preferred, and previous work experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or intake specialist. Non-profit or ministry experience is also preferred.

Candidates should have excellent communication and people skills, and be able to create a welcoming atmosphere and engage with clients one-on-one. They should be able to multi-task, be internet savvy and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google. Data base experience is preferred. Bilingual fluency is also preferred. Candidates must also demonstrate a passion for Jesus Christ and compassion for people facing an unplanned pregnancy.

Primary job duty areas include all initial client contacts, client scheduling, conducting intake procedures, record-keeping, data entry and other administrative and facility upkeep tasks.
